Bridle Bank Terms & Conditions

• Trial Period
  All bridles are sold at full retail price with a 2-week trial period.

• Condition of Bridles
  Bridles may show light signs of wear from previous trials. Each one is checked before dispatch to ensure it is in good condition.

• Size Exchanges (Unused Bridles)
  If the size is incorrect and the bridle has not been ridden in, we will exchange it for another size without charging a trial fee.

  • Postage costs will apply for the exchange.

• Returns After Use
  If you have tried the bridle but it is not suitable, you may return it within the trial period.

  • A trial fee of 10% of the retail price will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you would like to try another bridle, you can place a new order separately.

• Exchanges After Use
  If you wish to exchange your trial bridle for a brand-new version of the same model, we will arrange this once the trial fee has been paid (and stock is available).

• Repeat Exchanges
  If you wish to exchange a trial bridle for an alternative size or model after it has been used, each new bridle requested will require the trial fee from the previous bridle to be paid before dispatch.

  • We will cover postage for the first exchange only; further exchanges will incur additional postage costs.

• Condition Upon Return
  Returned bridles will be inspected. If there is excessive wear or any damage caused during the trial, additional costs may be deducted from the refund.

• Packaging for Returns
  Customers are responsible for the safe return of trial bridles.

  • Bridles must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Damage caused by poor packaging may result in further deductions.

• Return Shipping
  Customers are responsible for return postage.

  • We can provide a Royal Mail returns label for £6.00 (this will be deducted from your refund).

• Late Returns
  Returns made after the 2-week trial period will incur a charge of £5 per day.

• Availability
  The Bridle Bank scheme is only available to UK mainland customers (unfortunately, not available internationally).

The No Limits Snaffle Bridle is so comfortable and horse-friendly that there really are no more limits to the level of the horse’s performance!! The anatomically-formed headpiece has an exceptionally soft lining and relieves pressure. The Flash Noseband, which is also anatomically-formed features light decorative stitching and has a removable flash strap loop. The waved browband with light decorative stitching completes the elegant look of the snaffle bridle. The web bridle reins with matching light decorative stitching have closely spaced leather hand grips that enable even more precise rein control on the jumping course. Girth Bank – Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We know how important it is to find the right girth for your horse. Our Girth Bank gives you the chance to try before you buy, with peace of mind.

Trial Period

• You’ll have 14 days to try your chosen girth at home.

• Light use is fine, but it must be returned clean and in good condition.

• If it comes back dirty or damaged, a small cleaning/repair fee may apply.

Refunds

• If you return your girth within the trial, you’ll get a 90% refund (we keep 10% as the trial fee).

• Refunds are processed once the girth is safely back with us and checked.

• Late returns are charged at £2 per day (up to 14 days). After that, we can’t refund.

• You cover return postage, or you can request a £6 prepaid returns label (deducted from your refund).

Exchanges

• If you’d like to try a different size or style, no problem!

• Each girth trial carries its own trial fee. For example, if you try a 24" and then exchange for a 26", the 24" trial fee is deducted before the 26" is dispatched.

• We’ll cover postage on your first exchange (sending the new girth out to you). Any further exchanges will be posted at your cost.

• Excessive wear or damage may reduce your refund further.

• The scheme is available to UK Mainland customers only.

• The Girth Bank is designed to give you confidence and flexibility when choosing — while keeping the service fair and sustainable for everyone.

The narrow leather stable halter looks very elegant with its brass fittings - and is also particularly comfortable for the horse. The noseband and the head strap of the stable halter are softly lined. The throat strap and the chin pad are each removable. The head harness can be adjusted in size on both sides.
