New premium model of our patented, laterally opening Arena stirrups, completely made of certified high-grade anodized aluminum and fitted with a stainless steel tread. Acavallo has carefully chosen and combined the materials used, following detailed research and comprehensive testing.

The aluminum, besides giving the stirrup a sleek and elegant appearance, is lightweight and extremely durable, while the stainless steel protects the tread from corrosion, guaranteeing a long life of the product, too. The opening of the stress-actuated locking and release mechanism is located a centimeter higher from the tread to ensure that the foot cannot slip out laterally by mistake and to prevent sand and dirt from delaying the opening action of the arm in case of an emergency.

Long holes in the tread prevent sand and dirt accumulations so that the gripping effect is not compromised and a five degree inclination of the tread helps riders to assume the correct posture, relieving tension in their ankles, calves, knees and hips.

The Acavallo Flexia S Safety Stirrups combine innovative safety features with advanced biomechanical technology to provide exceptional comfort, stability and support for the rider.

Featuring a flexible, antistatic silicone safety arm designed to open quickly in the event of a fall, these stirrups help reduce the risk of the rider's foot becoming trapped.

The innovative Flex System allows the tread to rotate smoothly on a horizontal axis, following the natural position and movement of the rider's foot. Adjustable resistance helps absorb movement and reduce strain on the rider's joints, while the ergonomic, elliptical tread provides excellent grip and support.

During jumping, the Rear Flex assists with take-off and landing, while the Front Flex helps compensate for forward shifts in the rider's balance.

Acavallo Arena Alupro Stirrups 

Patented side opening stirrup with a unique HiFLex stress activated locking & release mechanism with big opening in case of emergency.  This stirrup is comprehensively tested and safety certified by TUVRheinland in Germany and has a reliable "one click" reengagement of the stirrup locking and release mechanism once triggered.
 
The inner stirrup arm and footplate constructed of continuous integrated metal.  The stirrup bow is made of aluminum, while the opening arm is made of a special polyamide material. The stirrup pad is made of polyamide, too, and the tread is fabricated from stainless steel.

SPECIAL SPRING EFFECT

Due to its design and construction which is based on flexible polymers, the stirrup conveys a less rigid and much more comfortable feeling to the rider than with conventional products The springing stirrup bow and foot support assembly is capable of effectively absorbing and compensating for short-term and sudden impacts exerted through the rider’s weight from the top, e. g. during posting, jumping or hacking.  This gives considerable benefits for the rider including strong relief of foot arches, ankles, knees and hips making this a great stirrup for those riders suffering from orthopedic problems.

Acavallo Opera Stirrups 

The Opera stirrup is a completely new concept in riding because of its special patented loop construction, which allows the stirrup to adhere to the saddle flap, avoiding friction between the leg and the stirrup.  This gives a more correct, comfortable and secure ride as the stirrup hangs with perfect balance, angle & flexibility.
 
The large laser cut stainless steel stirrup pad gives riders better grip and relieves tension in the hips, knees, ankles and calves. The foot plate is supported by twin moulded side sections made of composite material in injection.  Each side works independently, spreading load & absorbing shock.
