Here’s how it works for you:
You’ll have 14 days to try your chosen girth at home.
Light use is absolutely fine, but it needs to come back clean and in good condition.
If it comes back very dirty or damaged, a small cleaning or repair fee may apply.
If you return your girth within the trial, you’ll get a 90% refund (we keep 10% as the trial fee).
Returns after 14 days are charged at £2 per day (up to 14 days late). After that, we’re unable to refund.
You cover return postage, but if it helps, you can choose a £6 prepaid returns label (we’ll deduct this from your refund).
Your first exchange is on us – we’ll cover postage to send your next girth.
If you need a second exchange, you’ll just cover postage both ways.
If you’d like to try again after that, it’s treated as a new trial (full payment up front, refunded under the same terms if returned).
Refunds are processed once your girth is safely back with us and checked.
