Girth Bank – Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We know how important it is to find the right girth for your horse. Our Girth Bank gives you the chance to try before you buy, with peace of mind.

Trial Period

• You’ll have 14 days to try your chosen girth at home.

• Light use is fine, but it must be returned clean and in good condition.

• If it comes back dirty or damaged, a small cleaning/repair fee may apply.

Refunds

• If you return your girth within the trial, you’ll get a 90% refund (we keep 10% as the trial fee).

• Refunds are processed once the girth is safely back with us and checked.

• Late returns are charged at £2 per day (up to 14 days). After that, we can’t refund.

• You cover return postage, or you can request a £6 prepaid returns label (deducted from your refund).

Exchanges

• If you’d like to try a different size or style, no problem!

• Each girth trial carries its own trial fee. For example, if you try a 24" and then exchange for a 26", the 24" trial fee is deducted before the 26" is dispatched.

• We’ll cover postage on your first exchange (sending the new girth out to you). Any further exchanges will be posted at your cost.

The Kieffer Ultrasoft® lunge cavesson is designed without a rigid nose iron and is an ideal accessory for regular hand and groundwork keeping a horse healthy and supple. 

Due to the fact that lunge cavessons mainly act on the sensitive neck and nose area, all pressure-sensitive parts are softly padded.
A softly padded crownpiece with cut-back design at the ear and the roundly padded noseband with chin pad allow for perfect fit and well-being during training. Due to its flexible construction, the noseband perfectly adapts to the horses’ sensitive nose without losing shape.

Three movable rings on the noseband and the additional option to use the supplied bit straps for attaching a bit make the Kieffer Ultrasoft® lunge cavesson a versatile helper for hand and groundwork.

The Kieffer Ultrasoft® lunge cavesson is much lighter than models with nose iron but allows for good control and solidity for working on the lunge. It is solid, comfortable, widely useful and particularly well suited for trained horses being able to respond to light aids.

Girth Bank

• Girths will be sold at full retail price with a trial period of 2 weeks
• Girths may show some signs of wear from previous trial use.
• If a girth is not suitable and therefore returned within the trial period it will be refunded less 10% of the retail value.
• Upon its return, the girth will be subject to inspection, if there has been excessive wear or damage during the trial period it may be subject to further reductions in the amount refunded.
• Customers will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the girth, they should be packaged in a way that does not damage the girth in any way.  We recommend keeping the packing it arrives in until a decision is made about whether to keep the girth or not.
• If you wish to return the girth in exchange for a brand new version of what you tried we will process the exchange plus the cost of the trial period.  The new girth will be dispatched once the trial cost has been paid, or once it is in stock.
• Unfortunately we cannot offer girths on girth bank internationally
• GIRTHS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME BOX AND PACKAGING AS THEY WERE DELIVERED.  DAMAGE FROM POOR PACKAGING MAY RESULT IN MONEY BEING DUDUCTED FROM THE REFUND.
• Returns made over the permitted trial period will be charged at £2 per day
• We can send a Royal Mail returns label for the girth at a cost of £6.00, there is no need to pay this upfront it will simply be deducted from the refund.

Kieffer EquiConnect® Girth 

With the Kieffer EquiConnect® saddle girths, discomfort and unpleasant pressure peaks in the girthing area are a thing of the past. The anatomically designed short and long girths with generous belly pad are softly padded and ensure optimum pressure distribution with targeted relief of the sternum, unhindered breathing and full freedom of the elbow. Thanks to the elasticity of the material, the horse-friendly Kieffer EquiConnect® girth does not require any additional elastic inserts.

With the help of a clever combination of different material layers, a girth has been created which offers the highest wearing comfort – even for particularly sensitive horses: The area that comes into direct contact with the horse is made of breathable mixed fabric with a filling of spacer fabric for an evenly soft contact surface. The belly pad has an additional padding made of synthetic rubber, which relieves the region around the sternum of pressure and holds the girth securely in position.
 
On the top, the girth has a sturdy strap that provides stability and keeps it in shape. Leather applications on the sides and in the area of the belly pad further stabilise the girth and ensure that the buckles as well as the central D-ring are not even remotely noticeable to the horse.

Kieffer Lina Snaffle Bridle 

Lina snaffle bridle is the perfect dressage bridle for particularly pressure-sensitive horses. This bridle with a crank flash noseband has wide contact surfaces and is equipped with an extra-thick foamed crownpiece and noseband covered in fine leather. Thanks to the generous padding and the workmanship without visible or tactile seams, any pressure is evenly distributed and noticeably reduced. The wide noseband with detachable flash strap is conically designed and is buckled over the poll.

As a sparkling highlight and for a harmonic proportion to the generous padding elements, the Lina bridle features a glamorous Kieffer FlexiLoop® browband with 10 mm crystals, which can be removed and replaced in no time at all thanks to the two press studs on both sides.
