Albion Fabrento CC Dressage Saddle

The Albion Fabrento is a beautifully styled, quality, mono-flap saddle with serious performance potential. After careful bio-mechanical study of horse and rider the Fabrento places the rider in the perfect position to apply all aids effectively from a secure central position. The tapered knee roll provides support without restriction and is particularly useful for riders with long legs riding shorter backed horses. 

Built on a flatter tree with an open profile to fit the broader horses. Styled exactly the same as the current K3 model, but with slimmer front and rear gussets and a broader panel area to suit the wider backs.

The panels continue to be felt lined and wool flocked for optimum fit and comfort.

Albion K2 Pony Dressage Saddle

Albion celebrated the Millennium with the launch of the original K2 range. The exclusive K2 Pony range was launched in 2010, offering pony riders worldwide the same performance advantage as adults. A combination of specialist lightweight leathers with a very narrow twist provides a super close and secure feel for maximum performance. These lightweight saddles weigh just 5.5kg.

Albion SLK Royale Dressage Saddle SBP

The original SLK Range, developed in conjunction with Klaus Balkenhol, was launched in 2001, comprising of the SLK, the SLK Ultima followed in 2003. In response to popular demand, Albion launched the luxurious, calf wrapped SLK Royale in 2010.

Riders looking for a deep, secure and supportive leg position love the SLK range, which is available in two comfortable seat widths, standard and narrow. The standard knee rolls are medium-sized, soft, and supportive and are fixed in one position under the flap.The SLK Royale features Full Calf skin leathers with soft, moulded calf skin knee pads.

SBP means short back panel.  This panel has the same bearing service as the standard panel but is shorter! The short back panel is designed for more compact horses.  The panel is independent, which basically means it is more like a monoflap panel than a traditional panel.

A DRESSAGE SADDLE DEVELOPED TO HELP ENHANCE THE RIDERS PELVIC MOTION, RESULTING IN INCREASED SYNCHRONISATION WITH THE HORSE’S MOVEMENT.  

The Unity Series of saddles have been developed to enhance the rider’s pelvic motion resulting in the rider becoming more in sync with the horse’s movement.
Extensive clinic
al and field trials show a marked improvement in the horse’s movement when the rider is in the correct seat for their pelvic motion.
The rider is less reliant on the blocks when in the correct seat as the movement is absorbed through the pelvis allowing the rider to sit in a more stable position. Movement is therefore not overcompensated for in other areas of the rider’s body.

The results from amateur riders are quickly recognisable through the rider’s position and movement. On the advanced professional rider, the feel for the rider is much greater and the marginal gains from the horse working through and in unison with the rider is imperative when less than 1% can be the difference between winning and being in the top ten.

With the depth of data captured in developing the Unity series the results in the research clearly identify that the seat is the most important part of the saddle when considering the rider.

The Unity Series is available in X and Y seat profiles for the rider plus TB and WB trees for the ultimate in saddle fitting precision.

The X seat profile hosts a wider, flatter seat through the twist which is well suited to those with a wider pelvis; whereas the Y seat profile is narrower, with more of a curve to the seat, this saddle is well suited to those with a narrower pelvis.

Second Hand Albion Platinum Ultima Dressage

The Platinum Ultima is a truly unique saddle offering the ultimate fitting solution without compromise to the horse or rider. The Platinum comes with an interchangeable tree and switch panel system, which can only be changed by an approved Albion stockists. It has specially tanned full grain Ultima flap leather and the best Italian calfskins for seat and pads, with moulded knee rolls

This saddle in overall good condition it is showing signs of use but has been well cared for and the leather is soft and supple. the girth straps are in good condition. There are some scuffs and a couple of chips to the cantle. The wool flocked panel is smooth and evenly flocked.
