A52 RP Dressage Girth - For Narrow Horses and Ponies

A narrow version is now available of this innovative saddle-girth with its circular breast cover through which the saddle-girth passes. (The aim, here, is to secure better and more uniform distribution of pressure, as well as drastically cutting down the sideways movements of the saddle-girth). The size of the breast cover in this version is significantly reduced to avoid interference with the movements of the horse’s forelegs. The saddle-girth is available both in a dressage version (with or without elastic fittings) for which the starting size is 40 cm.

We know how important it is to find the right girth for your horse. Our Girth Bank gives you the chance to try before you buy, with peace of mind.

Trial Period

• You’ll have 14 days to try your chosen girth at home.

• Light use is fine, but it must be returned clean and in good condition.

• If it comes back dirty or damaged, a small cleaning/repair fee may apply.

Refunds

• If you return your girth within the trial, you’ll get a 90% refund (we keep 10% as the trial fee).

• Refunds are processed once the girth is safely back with us and checked.

• Late returns are charged at £2 per day (up to 14 days). After that, we can’t refund.

• You cover return postage, or you can request a £6 prepaid returns label (deducted from your refund).

Exchanges

• If you’d like to try a different size or style, no problem!

• Each girth trial carries its own trial fee. For example, if you try a 24" and then exchange for a 26", the 24" trial fee is deducted before the 26" is dispatched.

• We’ll cover postage on your first exchange (sending the new girth out to you). Any further exchanges will be posted at your cost.

The new girth by Prestige is made of a round shaped panel and an expressly modified jumping or dressage girth; the girth slides inside the panel.

The RP girth offers the following advantages:

•  Because the girth can slightly slide through the panel, it eliminates nearly all side by side movement.
• The pressure from the girth is now spread out over a broad surface, making it more comfortable for the horse.
• Thanks to its padded round contour and to the three inner oval inserts, all made of an extremely soft material, the panel generates an air cushion for an even further reduced pressure in that area.
• The round panel ensures an excellent functioning of the girth even on an extreme area usually exposed to dirt, water, mud, sweat, etc
